1. For people who use the browser "Google Chrome" (including me) make sure you
update it to its newest version. The browser won't tell you to do this. Click on
the "Customize and control Google Chrome" icon (looks like a wrench in the top
right of the browser to the right of the address bar) and click on "About Google
Chrome". Chrome will automatically
scan to see if you need to update. If you do, it will start automatically.
2. You will need to download a plugin for Windows Media Player. Oddly enough,
the plugin made for the browser "Firefox" works for “Google Chrome” (but don’t
download the plugin for any other browser). Download it from here:

3. In the address bar of the browser type: chrome://downloads/ That will show
you your Chrome downloads. Click on “wmpfirefoxplugin.exe” to install the plugin
that you just downloaded.
4. You must also ensure you have the most recent version of Java. To see if you
